DELIVERY FAQs

How long does it take to deliver?

Standard lead times can be found indicated on individual product pages. Factors that influence lead times include supplier and design requirements. If lead times are ever effected, you will be notified by a member of our team.

I live outside of the UK, can you still delver to me?

Yes, we fulfill international orders. For confirmation and specifics on your region / effected lead times please contact us directly via support@gzpremium.life

Do you offer a white-glove delivery service?

Yes we do. For any special delivery requirements please contact us directly after checkout and we will endeavour to meet your needs.

Can I pick up the items from your warehouse?

We do not currently offer this service for viewing or pickup. However if you require samples before making your final purchase this can be arranged. Simply contact us via support@gzpremium.life and we will endeavour to meet your needs.

Can you store my item until I am ready to receive it?

We can co-ordinate a delivery time to suit your project timelines but storage options are limited and usually reserved for large orders and trade accounts. For more information please contact us directly.

What happens if my product is damaged?

All items should be inspected by yourself upon delivery. If there are any damages we will organise a replacement. However, all claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery of the product. We cannot accept any damage claims after this period.

What happens if I don’t like the colour of my product?

All colour, material and finish options should be confirmed before your final order is placed. If you have any queries with regards to these elements we can organise samples to be sent to you. However, for any items that have been customised or made to order we can not offer replacements or refunds (you would have to re-order). So please make sure all elements are confirmed prior to purchase.
